Dear Horner Park North-West Little League Families,

We hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy during this time. Due to the cancellation of the 2020 HPNWLL Spring/Summer Season, we would like to offer you the following: 

  1. Registration & Fundraising Fees - all players who made a payment for the 2020 HPNWLL Season will have credit for the 2021 HPNWLL Season. No further action is needed.

    • Raffle Tickets - Raffle tickets that were given out for the 2020 Baseball Season will be used for the 2021 Baseball Season,  please hold onto the tickets and money for the 2021 HPNWLL Season. 
  2. Refund - If you would like a refund you will receive the 2020 HPNWLL Fee you paid minus a $40 fee to cover unrecoverable costs already incurred by the League. 

    • If you would like to request a refund please fill out the form by Friday, July 10 at Noon. Your refund will be processed within 1 - 3 weeks after submission (mail run).

    • If you sold your raffle tickets, please refund your ticket purchaser the money as the 2020 HPNWLL Season is canceled and there will not be raffle prizes this year.
